There can be very few weddings, parties or other marquee functions where there have been no flowers. Their importance is due mainly to their beauty. By positioning in focal points (such as dining table decorations) this beauty can be conferred to an event in addition to the very real individuality they can provide.

Good florists can operate in two ways:
A) Listen to a client's ideas and visions, and then come up with proposals and plans which reflect and enhance the required look & feel.
Or alternatively:
B) As consultants they can have a more proactive input and be heavily involved at the event design stage. This enables them to have a more creative input as they can truly start with a 'blank canvas' and be allowed creative and artistic free reign.

Plants
As with flowers, plants are an ideal way of adding atmosphere to a marquee event. They can provide colour and texture as well as 'breaking up' blank lining walls. At night time they can be lit in a wide variety of ways dependant upon the required atmosphere and look, and due to their large size they can bring an air of permanence to a temporary structure.
Events are no longer restricted to a smattering of Kentia Palms and the odd Bamboo. The range of plants & foliage available is enormous, from Dracaena to Yucca, Olives to Spade Plants. If you have a specific request please ask us. Otherwise let us propose a package of plants best suited to your event.
Presentation styles are also many and varied: Bespoke and standard topiary designs, Planted displays (in terracotta, wicker, chrome & other metals, coloured pots, glass, white planters.), Themed installations, planted water features, hanging displays...as the event industry becomes more competitive fresh ideas and attractive and original ways of presenting plants and foliage are starting to appear.
