It is a benefit of being involved in an industry that promotes fun & enjoyment that so many of our clients feel the need to communicate their appreciation of our efforts. Of course being involved in the entertainment industry is not enough to guarantee favourable responses - you have to be good at it!
Over the years our clients have chosen many ways of showing their appreciation, from bottles of Champagne to meals for our crews, letters of thanks to essential recommendation and referral. We have some clients who never seem to tire of actively forwarding our name - we are thinking of employing them in our Sales & Marketing team!
The feedback we receive about our site crew is a reflection of their politeness, friendliness and ability to do their job well and without fuss. Very often they have their picture taken (see right), and always score very highly on our post-event questionnaire.
This questionnaire is a must for us. We forward it to every client once the marquee has been removed. In it we ask our clients to be honest about our service - what quicker way is there to learn? A range of subjects is covered, from quality of equipment to sales information to site crew helpfulness and much more. These questionnaires are displayed for all staff to read and digest, and whether they provide an endorsement of the effort put into a job, or a request to alter a particular aspect of our service, they have an immediate effect. We are in the business of fun, but we take it seriously.
